I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent visit. The experience was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered, and it has left me with no intention of returning. As a customer who has came to this car wash Every Week with both of vehicles I’m highly disappointed in the manner your staff went about talking to me as a customer. Such a poor level of service is unacceptable and not something I expect from a business I trusted. I will not be returning, and I will be sure to share my experience with others.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’m not the type to leave reviews but this was unacceptable. We went through the car wash this evening. Not only did our vehicle not get a decent wash, but ended up getting scratched, gashed, and chipped paint. 20+ new marks, most down to the metal. Location won’t pick up their phone and doesn’t have voicemail so I have no way of getting in touch with someone to file an incident report with Clean wheels other than email. Very disappointed in our experience, would absolutely advise to not go to this place for any services.
